Accommodations
In support of AIUSA's Annual General Meeting, the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel is offering an exceptional value for its comfortable rooms and amenities. Deadline for the Amnesty Group Rate: March 19, 2001. The rate is not guaranteed for reservations made after this date. Reservations at the Loews Vanderbilt Plaza Hotel must be made by phone: 1-800-336-3335. Please identify yourself as an Amnesty International Group Member in order to get this special rate. Should a reservation be cancelled less than forty-eight hours before arrival, a charge equaling one night's room and tax will apply.

Room Rates
Single/Double: $139
Triple/Quad: $149
Rates do not include room tax. Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or first night's deposit. The hotel is a disability-equipped facility. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Parking
Parking is available at the Loews Vanderbilt Plaza Hotel. The hotel rate is $11 for self parking (with in/out privileges). Valet parking is $14 per night. For those guests attending the meeting that do not have overnight accommodations, Loews Vanderbilt Plaza will offer an all-day parking rate of $11.

Alternative Housing
AGM participants are encouraged to share rooms to lower costs. In addition, the Planning Committee has developed a list of lower-cost housing options. The AGM Planning Office will keep a running referral list of those interested in sharing rooms. While we cannot match roommates, we will accept and provide the names and numbers of those wishing to find roommates.
