FACE TO FACE: Confronting Torture in the 21st Century

About Nashville
AIUSA's 2001 Annual General Meeting will be held in Nashville, Tennessee April 20-22. AIUSA is committed to presenting its annual membership conferences with the most optimal facilities available without compromising its standards for quality and the best utilization of resources.

This three-day event will take place at the Loews Vanderbilt Plaza Hotel, located just a few minutes from downtown Nashville. The AGM site is across from Vanderbilt University and within walking distance from Centennial National Park, best known for its full-scale model of the Parthenon in Athens, Greece. The magnificent State Capitol, Music Row, the famous Opryland Hotel with its indoor botanical garden, and the Grand Ole Opry are all a short distance from the AGM site. There is an appealing variety of music, great food and entertainment throughout this vibrant city.
