Conference Lodging

Located directly across the Charles River from Boston University, the Hyatt Regency Cambridge is the most convenient lodging option for conference attendees. Reserve your room by calling (617) 492-1234. Make sure to mention “Amnesty International USA” to get the special rate of $179. The group rate will expire on 10/21/2016, or sooner if all the rooms are filled. Space is limited so book your room today!

 

Looking for other lodging options? We encourage participants to use our host hotel so you can take part in our on-site activities on Friday evening, but if you are looking for alternative options there are three hostels in the Boston area.

Conference Travel

By Public Transportation
You can get to the conference easily using the MBTA Green Line- Boston College to the Boston University East stop. The Boston University East stop is approximately 10 minutes away from the Park Street MBTA stop which connects to the Red Line. The Red Line connects to South Station and the Silver Line airport connections.

By Air
The nearest airport is Boston Logan International. Participants flying into Boston Logan should use the silver line and then follow the above public transportation directions to the conference venue.

By Train/Bus
By Train: Those taking Amtrak or regional rail should use Boston’s Back Bay Station, which is located near the conference venue. If your train goes only to Boston’s South Station, please follow the above public transportation directions.

By Bus: Most regional buses will go to South Station, please follow directions above for public transportation from South Station to conference.

Traveling from the NYC area? AIUSA has arranged a bus for travel from NYC to Boston on the day of the conference. The bus will leave early on Saturday morning and return to NYC late that evening. You must register your interest in the bus trip here.
