Ashley Collins Headshot

Ashley Collins is the Multilateral Affairs Fellow at Amnesty International USA.

Previously, Ashley was the Accountability Legal Fellow at Human Rights First, where she worked on targeted human rights and anti-corruption sanctions. Ashley has interned at Perseus Strategies, the American Bar Association’s Center for Human Rights, and Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights. In these roles, she has worked on political prisoner cases and conducted legal research on a range of issues, including violence against human rights defenders, migration, and women’s rights.

Ashley received her J.D. and a Certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies from Georgetown University Law Center. She was also a Public Interest Fellow and served on the executive board of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. Ashley holds a B.A. cum laude in Social Studies, a Certificate in Latin American Studies, and a foreign language citation in Portuguese from Harvard University. She speaks Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
