Zehra Mirza

Zehra Mirza is the Senior Director of Planning and Evaluation at AIUSA. She leads the Impact and Learning team and projects related to planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (PMEL) to assess the impact of various human rights programs, activism initiatives, and cross-organizational tactics. She also serves as an Advisor to the the Executive Team on formulating the Annual Operational Plan and measuring its progress to advance a culture of learning and accountability within the organization.
